I created these tools for our campus LAN network (that featured some bad network cards).
Programs are in English and usage can be understood from reading tooltips and help screens.
Readme files are in Slovak (but you can find english decriptions here).
Utilities are available under GPL licence and are available with sources.

What is inside:
+ FIC 1.0 (File integrity checker) - utility that allows you to check if your download is correct and to download only incorrect parts
This utility works in two modes. In Build mode it creates an compressed checksum FIC file for every 256kb segment of every file in the directory (i.e. 60kb resulting file for 600MB movie). In check mode it compares real movie with checksums stored in the FIC file and creates text file with list of different segments. Then you can use included utility called fs2fscp to download only the incorrect segments and repair the file.

+ FIC 2.0 is enhanced version of FIC 1.0 with GUI frontend, advanced filtering rules in both build and check mode, user defined profiles and more.

+ NetCopy++ - Utility, that allows you to copy (download) files from multiple sources (disks, UNC paths) simulateously at maximum speed possible in windows (it is up to 10times faster than Windows Commander 5 with big files). Stopped downloads can be resumed automaticaly. Files or directories are added using drag&drop from Windows. Threads and file list can be managed using right click popup menu
+ Net Share Scanner is utility, that allows you to scan given ranges of IP adresses, find available windows shares (doublecklick opens selected share in explorer) and search whole directory available structure for files that pass given criteria (size, extension, mask). On the doubleclick directory of file is opened. Multiple threads are available providing maximum speed. Search results can be exported to NetCopy++ (right click on filelist) eighter directly (NetCopy must be running) or into listing file that is used by Netcopy.
Note - if you plan to scan some computers, buttons have to be clicked in this order : Scan -> Scan Shares -> Scan Tree.
